About the Program
The CBA Well-Being Summit, hosted by the CBA Lawyer Well-Being Committee, is an annual event designed to provide CBA members with access to health and wellness presentations and resources focused specifically on well-being issues commonly experienced by attorneys. This year’s summit will feature several presentations and activities focused on the topics of mindfulness, wellness, and self-healing.

Maria Allen is a licensed massage therapist and patient navigator who combines therapeutic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and mindfulness practices to support healing and relaxation. She also guides patients through their care journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and connected.
Kathleen “KC” Cannon, ND
Dr. Cannon is a naturopathic physician trained in functional medicine who takes a root-cause, whole-person approach using nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle interventions. She has a particular focus on chronic and autoimmune conditions, helping patients optimize health through personalized, natural therapies.
Natalie Gould, NBC-HWC
Natalie Gould is a national board certified health and wellness coach who helps patients create sustainable lifestyle change through personalized coaching in nutrition, movement, mindset, and daily habits. She partners with clients to build long-term health strategies rooted in accountability, clarity, and whole-person wellness.
Becky Nardi, PT, DPT
Becky Nardi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, helping patients improve strength, mobility, and alignment. She uses individualized, research-backed techniques to restore function, prevent injury, and optimize performance.
Katie Takayasu, MD
Dr. Takayasu is a board-certified family medicine physician and integrative medicine expert who blends traditional Western medicine with evidence-based holistic therapies like nutrition, acupuncture, and mind-body practices. As founder of Wellness Insights, she specializes in root-cause healing and whole-person care, helping patients restore balance across mind, body, and spirit.
