Community Engagement and Programs Coordinator 

The Community Engagement and Programs Coordinator supports the design and execution of inclusive, mission-driven programming that engages youth, law students, affinity bar partners, and new lawyers. This role leads the CBA’s DEI initiatives, civic education efforts, and cohort programs including the Young Lawyers Section and Fellows Program.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Coordinator 

The CLE Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of CLE programming and section events at the Connecticut Bar Association. This position serves as the primary liaison to section leaders and CLE speakers and works closely with the CLE Associate, Event Administrator, and Director of CLE and Section Programming. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure program timelines, logistics, and speaker coordination are successfully managed.

Continuing (CLE) Legal Education Intern

Under the direction and guidance of the Director, the Continuing Legal Education Intern (Intern) will be responsible for producing documents necessary for educational programs at 2025 Connecticut Legal Conference (2025 CLC), the largest annual gathering of legal professionals in Connecticut. Work will include setup, staffing seminars, and breakdown of seminars at 2025 CLC. Following the Conference, the Intern will coordinate the documents from each seminar, update databases, and assist with attribution of credits and thank you letters to presenters.

Digital Content & Creative Specialist 

The Digital Content & Creative Specialist designs digital and print assets, manages website content, and leads social media to maintain a consistent and accessible brand presence. This role collaborates across teams to execute communication strategies, support events, and enhance the CBA’s digital platforms.

Events and Partnerships Coordinator

The Events and Partnerships Coordinator (Coordinator) supports the planning and execution of Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) events while managing sponsor, exhibitor, and partner organization relationships. The role includes outreach, fulfillment, event coordination, and follow-up responsibilities. The Coordinator works closely with the Event Administrator and Director of Member Engagement to ensure smooth event execution and a positive partner experience.
