The Diversity & Inclusion Summit: The Collaborative Blueprint is an innovative and collaborative professional development experience designed to empower leaders in the legal profession to take action toward making Connecticut a more diverse and inclusive bench and bar. Through collaborative workshops and panel discussions, you will gain knowledge and inspiration to help you lead your organization into a revolutionary transformation that will make a positive effect in the realm of diversity and inclusion in the state of Connecticut.
You Will Learn
- A snap shot of the data collected from our signatories to the pledge/plan in 2018, which highlights initial statistics on the diversity within the Connecticut legal profession
- The importance of pipeline initiatives, the many different types of pipeline programs available to your organization, and how to participate in them or create your own
- The necessary tools needed to create a more inclusive legal work environment for those you hire, which will translate in successful retention of the diverse talent within your organization
