Lawyers and law firms listed in the guide are CBA members that have paid a fee to be listed. Those members of the public looking for an attorney can access this list by clicking on the "Find A Lawyer" button on our homepage or from the link under "Public Resources."
How is this different from the Member Directory? The CBA Member Directory is a member-only publication and as such, can only be accessed online by CBA members with a username and password. The public does not have access to the directory in order to maintain the privacy of our member information.
If you'd like your information available to the public then you can purchase a listing in the Online Guide. The Online Guide is a rolling list of attorneys, meaning you can sign up at anytime and remain online for a year from the first day you are listed. Simply mail in your form and payment.
