The newest edition of the Connecticut Lawyers' Deskbook is now available from the CBA. Completely revised and updated from the second edition, published in 2000, the third edition includes new chapters on bankruptcy, education law, and land use laws and appeals.
The Connecticut Lawyers' Deskbook, Third Edition provides a basic understanding of the topics necessary for practitioners to counsel clients in the state. The 28 Connecticut-specific chapters, written by CBA members, include updated statutes, regulations, case law, practice tips, and Web sites to access forms.
The Deskbook, available from the CBA Member Service Center at (860)223-4400 or online here, is $175.00 for CBA members and $225.00 for non-members.
